Christmas delivery & returns

All items are made to order so please consider this before making a purchase. Orders are typically ready for shipping within 3-5 working days for sale items, prints, mugs and coasters and 5-7 working days for clothing items, but may take longer at busier periods. We are always happy to provide an order update via email.

Please note that we work with different suppliers to produce and ship our products so certain items will be shipped separately. As a guide, full price clothing items will be shipped together, mugs and coasters will be shipped together, prints will be shipped together and sale items will be shipped together. However, if for example you purchase a tee and a mug, you will receive your order in two separate parcels.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk if this does not appear in your inbox.

UK shipping is from £3.99.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us that you would like to return an item for a refund or an exchange. If 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request.

T-shirt is made of 100% combed ring-spun cotton.

To look after your clothing please follow our wash care guide below.

Wash at 30°
Wash inside out
Do not bleach
Wash with similar colours
Wash with similar textured garments
To avoid excess friction, do not overload washing machine
Do not tumble dry
Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the print on your garment

UK shipping is from £3.99. Please note if you order clothing with a mug or coaster you will be charged additional postage costs as clothing is shipped separately from mugs and coasters.

International Shipping

Due to an increase in the cost of shipping abroad and the fact that certain items are shipped from different suppliers leading to multiple postage costs, we have made the tough decision to remove overseas shipping from our website.

However, if you would like to place an order please get in touch with us at contact@footballdevotion.com and we will give you a quote for shipping costs. If this is suitable we can then produce an invoice featuring your requested items and the agreed postage costs.

Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return you must inform us within 14 days of the date your order was received that you would like to return or exchange your item(s).
