How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us. If 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. Please note sale items are not eligible for an exchange. Gift cards and personalised designs are exempt and non refundable.
Conditions of return.
The goods must be returned unworn/unused and in the exact condition as when purchased. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. We ask that you try the items when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Each item is inspected before a replacement is arranged or refund is issued. This is at our discretion as the goods must be suitable for resale.
How do I arrange a return or exchange?
To exchange or return an item please follow the instructions below:
- You must first contact us email@example.com with your details including your name and order number.
- We will acknowledge your request and forward you details of the next steps.
- Return the item/s as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days. The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable.
We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
How long until I receive my refund?
If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method. You will receive a notification of this action. If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly. Please allow time for the funds to appear in your account. The time it takes to receive your funds may differ depending on original payment method, please check with your bank or payment provider if you have any queries.
How long until I receive my exchange?
Once we have received your return we will contact you, via email, to action production of your replacement. Your exchange will not process unless you follow the steps on this e-mail. Please allow time for your replacement to be produced, remember all clothing is made to order. You will receive new shipping confirmation when your exchange has been dispatched.
