How much is delivery?
UK shipping is from £3.99.
Tracked international shipping is from £25.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk mail if this does not appear in your inbox.
I have given an incorrect address, can I change this?
We can't accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. If your order has not shipped please let us know asap via email.
I'm ordering from outside the UK which courier do you use and will there be any additional charges?
All orders are sent using a Royal Mail International Tracked service. We are happy to provide tracking information if required, please e-mail to request. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties in the destination country. This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advance as they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges. Due to Brexit and Covid couriers are reporting significant delays to services and so please expect to wait for your international order to arrive.
How long until my order is shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 5 working days, all items are made to order so can take a minimum of 5 working days to be produced and shipped.
Please note that we work with different suppliers to produce and ship our products so certain items will be shipped separately. As a guide, full price clothing items will be shipped together, mugs and coasters will be shipped together, prints will be shipped together and sale items will be shipped together. However, if for example you purchase a tee and a mug, you will receive your order in two separate parcels.
We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases.
My order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived please e-mail to let us know and we will happily look in to this for you. Please make sure you have also checked with neighbours and in your 'safe' place.
If your parcel tracking states the order has been delivered, we have to accept this as final and can not take responsibility for any missing item claims thereafter.
