How much is delivery?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
UK shipping is from £2.50 and free on orders over £50.
Tracked international shipping is from £9.50 and free on orders over £100.
I have given an incorrect shipping address can I change this?
We can't accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. If your order has not shipped please let us know asap via email.
I'm ordering from outside the UK which courier do you use and will there be any additional charges?
All orders are sent using a Royal Mail International Tracked service. We are happy to provide tracking information if required, please e-mail to request. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties in the destination country. This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advance as they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges. Due to Brexit and Covid couriers are reporting significant delays to services and so please expect to wait for your international order to arrive.
How long until my order is shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 5 working days, however all clothing and headwear is made to order and so can take longer to be produced and shipped. Orders placed after Friday 10 am will not be processed until the following week.
We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases. Orders for multiple items will be shipped together.
My order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived please e-mail to let us know and we will happily look in to this for you. Please make sure you have also checked with neighbours and in your 'safe' place.
If your parcel tracking states the order has been delivered, we have to accept this as final and can not take responsibility for any missing item claims thereafter.
